It was held at the Iranian Osotomy Charity Society Celebration of the Global Ostomate’s Day like previous years, which at the same time coincides with the celebrations in other parts of world, was held in a much more glorious manner than pervious years at the Iranian Ostomy charity Society.
This event was held in the Professor Adls’ Hall, with an atmosphere of love, friendships and joy, which represented the hope of life expectancy among all Ostomates present. Mrs. Taheri was the presenter of this ceremony and in between her speech for the Ostomates and the audience, she recited some of Hafiz and Molavi’s poems and other distinguished poets of Iran, which brought ecstasy and delight to the audience. At the front of the Hall, on a table, an attractive two story cake which was beautifully decorated in white, with the Iranian Ostomy Society’s logo, and with ten luminous candles which were marking. the ten year anniversary of the establishment of the Iranian Ostomy Charity Society was observed. This cake was donated by the Poupak Pastry Shop for the Iranian Ostomy Society, and was cut by several veterans of the society and distributed between the guests.
Then Mrs. Shamsi recited a magnificent literary piece about love of god and life, and also love of the Iranian Ostomy Society. At the conclusion of the program, all the Ostomates alternately took remembrance photos with each other. For the termination of the program the audiences were served with lunch. Preparation, planning and organization of this ceremony was due to much efforts of Mrs. Minaie, Mrs. Rostamzadegan, Mr. Dastavis and Mr. Ebrahimi, which we all hope was met with the satisfaction and enjoyment of all Ostomates who were present.
